Because I’ve spent two decades navigating at the intersection of leadership, change, and learning, across sectors and cultures. I’ve seen what works, and what doesn’t.
So many leadership interventions stay at the surface. They focus on skills, but bypass the inner shifts, the relational dynamics, the messy-but-meaningful work that real transformation requires.
My background spans investment banking, career and talent development, executive education, leadership and organisational development and holistic & systemic coaching. I blend strategy with depth, evidence with insight — and I design spaces where leaders can pause, reflect, and lead from a more anchored, grounded and calmer place.
