ABOUT ME
Helping leaders turn capability into visible impact
Especially in complex, cross-cultural, or high-stakes environments where how you’re read matters as much as what you do.
I work with leaders and teams whose work is strong, but not always landing in the way they expect.
In meetings, in decisions, in how others respond, something gets missed, overlooked, or misunderstood.
Through coaching, team development, and systemic work, I help clients understand how they’re being read, what signals they’re sending, and how to shift this so their work has the impact it deserves.
We look at what’s happening in real situations, not just in theory, so you can show up with more clarity, confidence, and influence where it matters most.
Why I do this work
My own experience showed me how easy it is for strong capability to become unclear or overlooked, especially in complex or cross-cultural environments.
From the outside, things can look successful.
But inside, something doesn’t quite land.
That gap, between what we bring and how it’s received, is what I now help others navigate.
Because meaningful leadership doesn’t just begin within.
It needs to be seen, understood, and felt in how we show up with others.
If this is you, we might work well together:
You’re doing good work, but it’s not always landing in the way you expect
In meetings or key moments, your thinking isn’t always picked up or built on
You leave conversations wishing you had said something differently
You’re seen as capable and reliable, but not always as influential or decisive
You notice that how others interpret you doesn’t always match what you intend
You want to show up with more clarity and confidence, without becoming someone you’re not
It started when I became one of the youngest VP on the trading floor.
On paper, everything looked right.
An impressive CV. An intellectually and financially rewarding career.
From the outside, everything looked right.
But on the inside, something was stirring — a quiet dissonance I could no longer ignore.
I was helping companies raise millions in the capital markets, but inside I felt exhausted, disconnected from myself, and unsure what it was all really for.
The deeper truth? I was tired of being someone I was not.
Tired of fitting into a version of leadership that left no room for intuition, reflection, or humanity.
Tired of seeing talented people burned out, undervalued, and disconnected from their own potential — all in service of short-term success.
So I stepped out.
Not with a master plan, but with a commitment to listen.
To understand what was really happening beneath the surface, in myself, and in the systems I was part of.
To reconnect with what felt true.
And to find a different way of leading, one rooted in clarity, presence, and integrity.
Now, I support leaders and teams at that same threshold.
People who are capable, but sense that something isn’t fully landing in the way it could.
Who want to understand how they’re being read, how they show up in key moments, and how to shift this so their work has the impact it deserves.
My work makes visible what’s often unseen, how we’re perceived, how we respond under pressure, and how systems shape those dynamics, so that what you bring can land with greater clarity, credibility, and impact.
My Guiding Principles
Wholeness over performance
Capability isn’t the issue. It’s often how it’s expressed, constrained, or unseen.
Inner clarity & outer action
Clarity matters, but it needs to translate into how you show up and are experienced.
The personal is systemic
How you’re read is shaped by context, culture, and the systems around you.
Ways of Working
Relational
I build trust quickly, so we can work with what’s real, not just what’s easy to say.
Systemic
I look beyond the individual to patterns, dynamics, and how others respond to you, especially in moments that matter.
Grounded in real situations
We don’t stay in theory. We work with actual conversations, meetings, and decisions, so change shows up where it counts.
Responsive, not formulaic
I don’t follow a fixed model. I work with what’s emerging, adapting to you and your context.
Culturally aware
I pay attention to how culture shapes behaviour and perception, particularly in cross-cultural environments where signals can be misread.
