ABOUT ME

From navigating my own in-between to walking with others through theirs.

I work with leaders who are navigating complex change, within themselves, their teams, or their organisations, and want to lead with clarity, depth, and presence.

Through coaching, facilitation, and systemic work, I help individuals reconnect with their inner knowing, surface what’s been unspoken, and move forward with intention. My work lives at the intersection of being and doing, East and West, the mystical and the practical.

What brought me here was my own transition. What keeps me here is the transformation I witness — in myself, and in others.

I believe that meaningful leadership begins within, but it doesn’t end there.

It lives in our relationships, our choices, and the systems we shape.

My work sits at the intersection of inner clarity and outer impact, holding space for leaders and organisations to listen deeply, see clearly, and lead from a place of truth, presence, and alignment — especially in moments of transition.

Deep change begins within, and moves the whole

“Do not go where the path may lead, go instead where there is no path and leave a trail” -

Muriel Strode

If this is you, we might work well together:

  • You’re holding a lot — projects, people, expectations — and quietly craving more space, more simplicity.

  • You’re leading change on the outside, but inside, you're seeking something more coherent… more honest.

  • From the outside, it looks like you’ve made it — but something in you is still questioning, still longing.

  • You’re ready to slow down. To listen in. To lead from a place that feels more true — and more you.

It started when I became one of the youngest VP on the trading floor.

An impressive CV. An intellectually and financially rewarding career.

From the outside, everything looked right.
But on the inside, something was stirring — a quiet dissonance I could no longer ignore.

I was helping companies raise millions in the capital markets, but inside I felt exhausted, disconnected from myself, and unsure what it was all really for.

The deeper truth? I was tired of being someone I was not.
Tired of fitting into a version of leadership that left no room for intuition, reflection, or humanity.
Tired of seeing talented people burned out, undervalued, and disconnected from their own potential — all in service of short-term success.

So I stepped out.
Not with a master plan, but with a commitment to listen.
To remember who I was beneath the roles I’d learned to perform.
To reconnet with my own
To find a different way of leading, one rooted in wholeness, honesty, and presence.

Now, I support others at that same threshold.
Leaders and systems in transition. People who sense that something in them is shifting — even if they can’t yet name it.

My work is about creating the space to slow down, to listen inward, and to reconnect with what’s real — so that you can move forward from a place of deeper clarity and alignment.

My Guiding Principles

 Wholeness over performance

Leadership isn’t about having all the answers — it’s about showing up with awareness, humility, and integrity. I help leaders drop the mask and reconnect with who they are beneath the role.

Inner clarity & outer action

We pause first. To feel. To see. To discern what’s real. Only then do we move — with purpose, not pressure.

The personal is systemic

Our inner patterns are shaped by the cultures, histories, and systems we move through. Real change means looking both within and around — attending to the deeper layers

Ways of Working

Whether I’m coaching a senior leader, co-designing a learning journey, or facilitating a leadership circle, my approach is always:

  • Relational: Built on deep trust, care, and presence

  • Systemic: Attuned to the wider context, patterns, and dynamics at play

  • Trauma-informed: Grounded in safety, regulation, and emotional intelligence

  • Emergent: Responsive to what’s alive, rather than following a rigid agenda

  • Culturally aware: Honouring identity, ancestry, and lived experience — especially for those who’ve felt unseen or on the margins of leadership

Influences & Lineage

My work draws from a rich interdisciplinary base, including:

  • Positive psychology & adult development theory

  • Organisatinoal & leadership devevlopment research

  • Experiential & adult learning theories

  • Systemic constellations & organisational dynamics

  • Embodiment, mindfulness, and psychosynthesis

  • Taoist philosophy and ancestral wisdom

  • Trauma-informed and intercultural practice
