Hello, I’m Jessie. I’m glad you’re here.
I’m a leadership coach and systemic practitioner. I work with leaders and teams whose capability isn’t fully landing in the way they want.
My work draws on nearly two decades across financial services, leadership development, and executive education, including my time at London Business School.
Having worked across cultures and high-performance environments, I’ve seen how often strong capability is overlooked, misread, or not fully translated into impact.
This shapes how I work, helping clients navigate both the visible challenges and the underlying patterns that influence how they are perceived, trusted, and able to lead effectively.
