What brought me here was my own transition. What keeps me here is the transformation I witness — in myself, and in others.
I work with leaders who are navigating complex change — within themselves, their teams, or their organisations — and want to lead with clarity, depth, and presence.
Through coaching, facilitation, and systemic work, I help individuals reconnect with their inner knowing, surface what’s been unspoken, and move forward with intention. My work lives at the intersection of being and doing, East and West, the mystical and the practical.
